FS Engineers, Inc. (FSE) prepared civil/site design
plans, a hydrologic analysis, and a drainage system design for a private developer in eastern Massachusetts. The proposed development consisted of a 54,400 square foot
warehouse facility comprised of 22 storage/office units, associated parking and driveway areas, and landscaped areas to be
built in an existing commercial development.

FSE
prepared civil/site grading and utilities design plans that met the municipality’s engineering and design bylaws and
prepared construction specifications. FSE completed a hydrologic analysis using
HydroCad to evaluate the pre- and post-development runoff rate and provided stormwater drainage mitigation measures. FSE was also responsible for the preparation of the demolition plan and a stormwater
pollution prevention plan (SWPPP). The plans and construction documents were
prepared in compliance with the municipal ordinances, and where applicable, the Massachusetts Department of Environmental
Protection regulations. The project construction plans were prepared to meet
the applicable deadline and FSE provided field construction support on behalf of the client.
